Today was all about the Student March against the registration fees. I have never walked in such a huge protest march before, but it was awesome! We marched from Parnell square to the parliament. The crowd was enormous, the noise was deafening and the feeling of blocking a vital part of Dublin was great. No matter if I'll be affected by the new registration fees or not, I loved the fact that young people here let the government know what they think. And stopping the traffic always makes me feel good ;)
Protesting, having opinions that might be a bit naive is all part of being young and stupid. So I'll definitely protest a lot more in the future! It's a DO !
